Firmex was a solution that was easy to implement.
Cons
It took some time to understand users and user groups and how to assign rights to both.

Most flexible access control features work for us based on the nature of our business as a financial institution.
Cons
Too many system maintenance lately, this approach will discourage on-demand access and usage of the VDR. Implementing MFA as an additional layer for admins and later extending it to end users (guests); this will ensure access control on the authentication layer, protecting sensitive data and documents.

Cons: Overpriced USB-archives for 3-day delivery, tricky settings, clunky Q&A tracker, and frequent maintenance.

Very intuitive to use, good pricing, awesome support. Secure, efficient, and user-friendly platform for seamless data room management.

However, the USB-archives are overpriced if you need them within 3 days, despite the reliable service and robust features offered.
