OneDrive

About OneDrive
OneDrive is a secure access, sharing and file storage solution which enables users to store and share photos, videos, documents, and more anytime, anywhere via any device, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobiles. Offering a centralized platform, OneDrive gives users quick access to all of their photos and documents. OneDrive allows users to keep all of their favorite photos and videos safe, even if something happens to their device, with remote device wiping technology.
Users can also share files or entire folders, like photo albums, without attaching anything. Since OneDrive works with Microsoft 365, users can create, edit and share their documents easily. OneDrive supports other collaboration tools such as real-time co-authoring, which allow users to work with anyone inside or outside of their organization. Users can use built-in search and discovery tools to find relevant files quickly.
Native mobile apps for Windows, iOS and Android give users the flexibility to access and share files on the go, via any mobile device. OneDrive also supports a number of security features including device access rules, device reports and remote device wiping. Users can also track which files are being shared, and with whom. In-app sharing enables each employee to seamlessly share and set specific access permissions for their files, based on the organization’s settings.
