Pros
The Touchpoint Group have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They have been open and honest and always think with a collaborative customer-centric focus in mind. It has been a pleasure working with Touchpoint Group to solve any issues with no runaround or hidden agenda's.
For a full suite of digital marketing options and a responsive team, look no further than the Touchpoint Group.
They are a true omnichannel platform that takes valuable customers on a segmented and personalised journey through email, SMS to mobile. They are also experts in Digital Survey's, Gamification, Employee promotions and Loyalty programs.
It is fantastic to have a single view of the customer and their behaviours so we can market off the back of that so the message has true meaning.
Cons

Pros
The team is super responsive (Thanks [sensitive content hidden]) and approachable - always quick to answer questions and work through resolving issues. They are great at breaking down complex marketing tech into a simplified, user friendly solution. The team is flexible and willing to tailor strategies to suit business needs whist always being professional and reliable - you can count on achieving results, everytime.
Cons
Some of the tech and reporting dashboards can feel a little overwhelming at first (but in saying this, the team is great at walking you through it) and as with premium services there is investment required, but after working with them on a few different occasions the value delivered makes it worthwhile.
