Great and simple product, especially for an in house marketing team. Lots of power, easy to integrate with other systems and full support from Zapier if you need it.
Pros
Very easy to use, the interface was intuitive and simple
Cons
Found it pretty difficult to send emails on behalf of clients. It was not simple to add a send from email address that was from a different domain than the one I used as my login email.

Best for small businesses!

Pros
The most robust ESP for small businesses. Love the advanced workflows like engagement tagging, custom fields, CRM-like features, and ease of use relative to how robust it is. If I still needed some advanced features, I'd definitely be using AC still.
Cons
Higher learning curve because of how stacked the features are. My workflows neeeded a lot of trial and error and sometimes just flat out didn't work like it should've. Was truly frustrating!

Pros
The automations builder is nice
Quick HTML-level optimization of emails
Easy to use UI but that's just about it.
Cons
Our forms were not capturing leads for 4 months. It took them days to respond and they claimed it's a CSS issue. After prompting them to investigate more, their technical team informed us that we should have migrated those forms a few months before. However there was no notification about the need to do so.
We also had a lifetime coupon which they decided to remove, increasing our billing costs significantly. We decided to cancel and they refused to cancel our account unless we go through a "specialized team". Unacceptable.
Overall poor performance from the product with frequent 503 errors, especially if you use the API. Customer success is quick to direct you to another team or push the conversation to email to avoid quick responses.
Cancelling the account requires a series of unnecessary steps and takes days.

Email marketing and access control and also scheduling ActiveCampaign provides the most reliable options and real time data analytics generation ability is helpful.
Pros
This platform has the most profitable marketing campaigns management and monitoring capabilities.
To create sales operations data reports and tracking of multiple web visitors through ActiveCampaign is excellent and the data integration tools are very responsive.
Cons
No problems that i can recall experiencing from ActiveCampaign after easy implementation process and easy features configuration.

ActiveCampaign is a great tool for email automation and customer engagement. It is very easy to setup and has some powerful features, but can be bit tricky for beginners. The UI could be smoother, but overall, it helps in streamlining workflows and marketing efforts.
Pros
Automation is top-notch: Once set up, it runs seamlessly
CRM and Email marketing in one: No need for multiple tools
Good segmentation & tagging – Helps in targeting right set of customers
Cons
