Pros

Wir hatten Probleme Instagram zu integrieren. Nachdem es gefixt war, lief CW gut. Support antwortet schnell. Optin bei WhatsApp ist ein wenig nervig, dass man nur 24h Zeit hat einen Kunden zu kontaktieren. Liegt aber an Chatwerk. Für uns ist die wichtigste Funktion, dass Nachrichten nachdem sie gelesen wurde im ordner "offen" sind. dadurch nicht aus dem Blick verloren gehen.

Cons

Es wäre gut, noch einen weitere folder neben offen zu haben.

Mit gefällt am Besten die schnelle Integration von Chatwerk und die Einfachheit der Bedienung für alle Nutzer.

Cons

Es gibt doch mehr Einstellungen und Tücken im Workflow, als man vorher vielleicht denkt. das ist sehr aufwendig, sich genaue Gedanken darüber zu machen
