Overall, I LOVE the idea of updox. It helps pharmacies save paper, time, and not have to worry about faxes being sent over or being sent through a busy signal.
Pros
I like the fact that we do not have to go to the fax machine anymore to send and receive faxes.
Cons
I think it is kind of confusing when you first start using it. I wasn't sure at times when I got something new in my inbox, what I actually received.

Highly recommended. I love using this. I just think if you don't have any other application then can do faxing electronically use this one.
Pros
We can receive and send referrals electronically. For me, it's very convenient if you're working from and or working as a Va and you have no access to a fax machine or you don't want to waste any more papers.
Cons
at first, setting this up is very confusing. you need to have assistance from the company in order to set this up with your printer or computer device.

Pros
I was looking for a software to help staff be remote working and still have access to fax options that they didn't need an actual device. UPDox is just the solution for that.
Cons
I dont like that they dont integrate with all EMR vendors right now which would really help with adoption in healthcare.
