Pros
I love how easy Nectar is to use. No need to send new team members a bunch of trainings about it. Also love how individualized the platform is!
Cons
Nectar doesn't cost much but my team loves using it so we do spend a good amount of money on rewards and challenges. That's a good and bad thing but it's up to us if we want to change this :)

I like the ease of set up and access. The gift card selections are amazing! Updates I received in email notifications are great as well.
Cons
Everything seems to run smoothly, and issues are rectified right away. I have not encountered very many issues.

Pros
I love their peer-to-peer recognition system. Where before, a lot of things would go unnoticed, now we can shout it out to the company and reinforce our core values. I like that we have those core values on display for everyone.
Their customer support is amazing, they are always willing to help and find a solution to my problem!
Super easy to use and provides a wide variety of gift cards for different countries, making it perfect for our Remote Teams members!
Cons
Nothing really, every note I had of things that would be nice to have, they have sure added that exact same idea in a new version.

As a user of Nectar I really like the variety of reward options in the reward category. It also encourages team comradery and collaboration.

When I send someone points and they respond to my shoutout. I am not able to see their comments from the email but I would like to be able to.
