Overall, experience is good. I wouldn't recommed it if the project needs to be done in a short period of time, as solving some issues takes time.
Pros
The plugin is really complete and has a lot of useful functionalities. Overall, the support is really good. Depending on amount of tickets they can take up to 5 days to reply, but usually average is 2 days.
Cons
I found many bugs in the plugins. Even they solve the issues, sometimes some functionalities suddenly stops working. I thinks this is a young plugin and they keep on polishing the details

Terrible. Good plugin but if it breaks, you're totally on your own. Customer support will look at your ticket 5 days later and then if you do not reply to a (standardized) request on the ticket, they close it 6 hours later and you have to start all over again.
Waste of my $59.00, I will be searching for another plugin

It is easy to use and with some patience and trial and error you can make wonderful forms for customers to get a quote from your website
Cons
TWO days after my site went live, I got an (automated) update of the plugin that broke it completely.
The form itself disappeared and it basically made my whole website useless.
That was two weeks ago. Customer support is non-existent
