Cyanic is a customized health, safety and environment software that helps users to customize and digitally re-create their paper forms and process workflows. Photos and binary attachments can be embedded along with various types of forms such as those for work site safety inspection, field hazard assessment, warning reports, injury summary reports and others. The software allows users to work offline to create and edit data and search for keywords in the records data. Training records are also maintained for the employees using this tool and notifications are generated when the training is about to expire.
The HSE software leverages Cyanic’s business automation studio platform to provide customized solutions to clients. Business processes including information management, change management, reporting & data analysis and workflows are automated to help customers save time and free up resources.
SSL encryption technology is used for all network communication with Cyanic’s cloud servers. The data can be hosted at the customer’s premises or in the cloud. Cyanic also offers encrypted off-cloud database backups and geo-redundant storage of data.

Excellent Young Company Who Proved themselves

Our Goal was to find a software that easily Created, Organized, and Filed all our HSE paperwork....
Our Goal was to find a software that easily Created, Organized, and Filed all our HSE paperwork. This included simple forms such as Ergonomic Reviews to company specific such as Server Room inspections. Cyanic took our exact paper forms we used to use and re created them online in an identical format.
Pros
1. Price, Top Tier price point for the great quality and service of product.
2. Ease of Use, This product was easily assimilated into daily use and understood by every user in our company.
3. Change implementations, The developers consistently pushed requested updates live usually within a week. Great responsiveness to change requests.
Cons
1. During our phone calls and information sessions, they were occasionally cut short or reschedules because the owner had too many activities pulling his attention. But once we got on the phone he was very good about attending to our needs specifically.
2. It is new product so there were several bugs initially. But the company was incredibly quick at fixing these situations.

System flexibility and growth potential are what we required and what we got with Cyanic HSE software! Cyanic staff worked with us diligently to develop numerous forms in different languages with multiple data input and export capabilities. We did not need a pricey, fully integrated data automation system readily available on the market. We required affordability with the opportunity to add customized modules as necessary. The owners and staff of Cyanic HSE have met our every need with excellent customer service. Though located on different continents, we have worked together to build the system to our preliminary specifications and, more than a year later, Cyanic HSE continue to provide advice and the same quick response service as our needs grow. Thank You Cyanic HSE

A Young Forward Thinking Company with a Drive to Prove Themselves

Pros
Working with Cyanic Automation was an interesting experience. We have three primary positives that resulted from working with this company.
First off, all the other vendors we contacted for a HSE software had quite a bit of red tape, several patched through phone calls, and other irritants like that before we got to someone we could talk with. With Cyanic the first phone call was with the owner of the company. It was a pleasant surprise to get someone that actually cares about the company and its product, not just someone who wants to earn a commission. So that was the first positive.
The second comes from the product itself. One of their Core Values is simplicity and they deliver. Every single system within the app is at most 2 clicks away. All the buttons are big and easy to use even for our hardiest workers, and they were excellent, quick, and on point for all our training requirements.
The final positive comes from their pricing. They have a medium up-front creation fee, the value really comes from an incredibly low monthly cost. Many other companies charge per user, and it often runs into thousands a month for even a medium size company. Cyanic charges a single licensing fee across the board regardless of how many users you have. And it is significantly lower then you are expecting, even after I just told you it is low. So that is where our third positive came from.
Cons
The only thing I was less then enthusiastic about was while the owner was very good about communicating with us, there were often other quick interruptions even during our web-calls. I would recommend that the owner starts to delegate some of the smaller tasks so he can concentrate on his clients fully during each meeting.
