Efficient, Intuitive, and a Game-Changer for Team Collaboration

My overall experience with monday.com has been excellent. It transformed how we manage our tasks, collaborate across departments, and stay on top of deadlines. The platform is stable, support is responsive, and updates keep improving the product. It’s become an essential part of our day-to-day operations.
Pros
I loved how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is. The visual layout makes it really easy to track projects at a glance. The automation features are a huge time-saver, and the customizable workflows helped us tailor monday.com to exactly what our team needed. Plus, it integrates smoothly with other tools we use like Slack and Google Drive.
Cons
There’s a bit of a learning curve when setting up more complex automation or boards, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature. It would also be great if some of the premium features were available on lower-tier plans.

I've been using monday.com for about six months to manage our sales compensation workflows (plan distribution and dispute tracking). Moving our "ticket" system from email chains to monday.com boards has been a huge win.
However, I find the reporting and formula capabilities a bit light. It is excellent for process management , but for actual data analysis or complex commission calculations, I still have to export everything back to Excel.
Pros
Visual Status Tracking. I use the color-coded status columns. I have a board for "Commission Disputes" and at a glance, I can see what is "In Review," "Approved for Payout," or "Rejected."
Automations. Setting up the "When status changes to 'Approved', notify Payroll" automation saved me so much manual emailing. It reduces the human error of forgetting to pass a dispute along.
Cons
Formula Limitations... You can do basic math columns, but it’s nothing compared to Excel. If you try to do complex tiered commission logic within monday.com itself, you will hit a wall.

Overall the experience has been find , it is nice tool and offers your project a central management interface by keeping all the communications together in one place.
Pros
It is nice that the tool is adapting as per today's requirement and some new features are cool. The visual automations are also nice where you can set a reminder to be notified when when a task status is changed to urgent etc.
Cons
Monday com interface is very much cluttered and there is too many active boards and sometimes it gets difficult to find a item during a busy period or when you're under pressure to get something done.

The Best CRM I Have Used - 'For My Needs'

I have used many CRM's including Monday, many years ago. It wasn't like it is now and I'm quite pleased with the progress. I'd have to say Monday is the best CRM for my needs I have ever used and I won't use anything else moving forward!
Pros
I love the interface and overall ease of use. It's looks great and well organized out of the box. Yet completely customizable to fit anyones needs from a solo entrepreneur to fortune 500 corporation.
Cons
Sometimes too many customization options is too much. The new "campaigns" feature for emailing tripped me up for hours! Once customer support instrusted me on how to access the section, all was well. Then the real malfunction occurred. I spent at least four hours with a support rep trying to import a csv with first name, last name and email. Neither of us could import the list completely. Leading the bug to be escalated to the next level of support. It's been two days now and I am sitting on a mailer to 735 of my clients. I may be forced to use another email server which is highly counterproductive.

Overall, I really enjoy using Monday.com and continue to use it for our firm for organization and project management on a day to day basis.
Pros
You can customize Monday.com however you want allowing for automizations and systems to be utilized according to your needs making it very powerful. Virtually no restrictions in creating automization rules making it very easy to use according to specific needs.
Cons
It took a little bit of a learning curve to implement the automization rules, but once you are able to get the rules down there is no limit what you can do.
