Overall, the experience was great. I always got help when needed, and the product was excellent.
Pros
It is great for making customisable boards for anything you like, and it is very easy to collaborate internally with colleagues and externally with clients, on which I got lots of fantastic feedback.
Cons
Large boards and lots of data could sometimes be a bit laggy and slow, and sometimes, there would be mini bugs, but not a massive issue.

Really good, worked with the developer team and also the training is really good, bite size chunks works well
Pros
Love the visuals, the task tracking, the portfolio views, the ability to manage across teams, great tool
Cons
A little bit annoying in the fact you can’t re-organise project boards alphabetically. The sub tasks also are tricky to get to show in graphs and charts

It is overall a great product but it requires a lot of set up initially to take advantage of all its functions and features. May also better suited for companies with multiple departments
Pros
The many different functions, very detailed options for multiple projects. There are also a lot of great pre set templates too.
Cons
very little initial set up support. You will need a team in charge of the initial set up of all the channels and there is not as much support from their team.

I have used monday.com in an attempt to deliver an agile IT project throughout the span of 10 months. It was mandated by the client as it
Pros
It is incredibly intuitive and aesthetically pleasing. It has bright colours that indicate where you need to pay attention to and intervene.
Cons
Some of the functionality is less developed as you would expect (e.g. dependency management. RAID logs). Also, it takes some time getting used to using the tool based on various methodologies you are using. For example, agile vs waterfall vs hybrid.
