> **Pros**: So much information and so much to do with it.  It was overwhelming at first, but great to have too much information and too much to do rather than not enough.  The customer service was amazing.  I found myself using it late at night and i would shoot an email to our rep and he would get back to me usually within an hour or so even if it was to say "i'll look into it in the morning" and if he couldn't answer it we had a meeting with a senior developer within 24 hours.  The api was great to use and had a great workflow.  Tons of options with all that.

> **Cons**: A bit overwhelming at first, the documentation is succinct and a bit brief, and I would have liked something else that was more verbose to get started with.  But once you got use to, the current documentation is all you needed.
