The management of the data is also a great feature as editing and adding new data is well simplified. > > **Cons**: Sometimes contacts cannot be saved on a local device to be synced later which discourages offline users. > > My experience with Google Contacts has been a stellar one. Having switched devices and accounts severally in the past, Contacts has ensured my contact information is intact all through. ----- ### "Google Contacts" — 5.0/5 > **Kalli** | *30 June 2025* | Performing Arts | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: Easy to input all sources of contact information for each individual person. Like the compatibility a specific person also has a Google account. > > **Cons**: Contacts are hard to transfer from other systems (or I just haven’t figured it out yet). Easier to use if person has a google account. ----- ### "Can't not use it. But I wish they'd make some improvements." — 3.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *8 May 2020* | Religious Institutions | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Pros**: Obviously it very easily integrates with the whole Google suite, which is great. And I like being able to set up groups to easily send to. > > **Cons**: You can't select WHICH address for someone you want included in a group. So if you know someone from work and personal life and you want a specific address in different groups, you can't do that. It's maddening. > > I don't find Google Contacts to be the easiest thing to navigate or do what I want to do (too many clicks to add someone to a group, for instance), but it's aesthetically appealing and gets the job done. I can't get around using it and I have to admit the group function (while clunky) is indispensable for me at this point. ----- ### "Easily Manage your Contacts" — 5.0/5 > **Devon** | *5 July 2023* | Hospital & Health Care | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Easy to use and already integrated with all my other Google products that I use at work daily. I love being able to label contacts so I don't have to enter in each individual email when I need to send multiple people the same email each time. > > **Cons**: Somestimes can be hard to integrate new things into a contact or to delete a contact no longer used such as a new number or email. > > I love being able to use Google Contacts with all my other Google programs. Easy to add contacts, and love all the features available. ----- ### "I don't know how life (especially my work) would be like without Google Contacts" — 5.0/5 > **Edward** | *7 October 2021* | Real Estate | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Nowadays they ship most phones with Android and of course Google with it. But the most important thing is that I can keep both my iPhone and Android smartphone both synced and updated contacts\! Honestly it's the best part (you can search for guides / tutorials in YouTube you should find it) > > **Cons**: I really can't think of any for Google contacts? Especially with the fact that the service is provided with free-of-charge?\! It's unbelievable\!\! > > I love Google Contacts and I have been using for more than 7 years now and I will have to say that Google Contacts is like your Wifi. You don't look for it or think about it when it is working perfectly fine (especially most of the time it runs background) but when it is not working or you do not have it...that's when you REALLY feel the NEED\! ----- Page: 1 / 30\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.co.nz/software/91603/google-contacts?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.co.nz/software/91603/google-contacts) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
