As a test, I created a test website, made one test transaction and immediately took the site down. Overall the service and customer support is amazing. They assisted with everything I needed and pointed me in the right direction. > > **Cons**: I do feel little expensive when it comes to cost per transaction. if you have many calls the price does go down but when your small to medium size business it is little on pricey side. I am technical and I am able to remove taxcloud and use odoo manual tax import and export option. Although integration is easy the support and relying on API is not sustainable.
