The 14 EU allergens are proposed dish by dish and confirmed by a person. Publishing stays blocked until that review is done, so a menu cannot go live with allergens nobody has checked.

Change the menu in the time it takes to say it
Speak or type the change, confirm the proposal, and it is live. There is no form to fill and no admin panel to learn — which matters when the change is needed mid-service.

A printed QR code never breaks
