Before using it, we had to wait until the end of the month for our accountant to tell us what our staffing costs were, by then it was far too late to make any changes. Now we know exactly what our labour cost will be before we even publish the rota. Having that level of visibility and control over the biggest expense in a restaurant is invaluable. It's easy to use, saves time, and helps us make smarter scheduling decisions every week.
