## Overview

### Key benefits of FakturaFlow KSeF

Built for volume rather than for one company. A single dashboard covers every client the practice files for, each with its own records and tax identification number, so staff do not log in and out of separate systems per client.

Errors are caught before they reach the government. Documents are validated against the FA(3) schema locally, so malformed invoices are corrected in the office instead of returning as rejections that have to be chased.

Existing accounting software stays in place. FakturaFlow reads the XML, Excel and PDF exports those systems already produce, so nothing has to be migrated or replaced.

Confirmations are kept, not lost. Official UPO receipts are collected automatically and stored against the invoice they belong to, which is what matters during an audit.

Messages are in plain Polish. KSeF returns terse system codes; FakturaFlow explains what actually went wrong and what to do about it.
