> **Pros**: I love that my clients can sign in and sign their contracts and see their pups vaccination records.  It is so easy to use, great value for the money.  Even the inspector from AKC loved that everything was in one location. The customer support is top notch, they are always quick to answer any questions, or fix any issues you are having.

> **Cons**: What I like least - is the family tree section, sometimes other breeds have the same name as a dog you have in a different breed, and when putting it in, the other registration number comes up.  I haven't used that section in a while, so they may have changed it by now - I know they will fix anything you find that isn't working for you.  All you got to do is Ask\!  Presto - fixed.  I just didn't care enough about that section to worry about it.

> Overall - this software is a MUST HAVE for my business.  I use it to keep health records on all my adults and puppies, contracts, invoices, stud records, customer list, tracking heat cycles.  This product you can tell was designed for Breeders in Mind.  It even has other types of animal tracking -  I even use it for my goats\!  I would be completely lost without this software\! Thank you Breeder Cloud Pro for putting everything in one location.  Easy record keeping, the ease of recording multiple shots given the same day for the adults.  So EASY - and you can access it from ANYWHERE\!\!  WHAT\!  Love love love it\!

From the start, what stood out most was the value for money. It combines multiple essential tools into one platform, saving both time and the cost of using separate systems.

> **Cons**: If there’s one feature I’d love to see added, it would be a built-in breeding coefficient (COI) calculator for cats. Having the ability to analyze genetic relationships and inbreeding coefficients directly within the platform would take it to the next level, especially for breeders focused on long-term health and responsible pairing decisions.

> When I did run into a few issues, the  \[sensitive content hidden\] of the program was incredibly responsive and helpful. It’s clear they genuinely care about their users and stand behind their product.

> **Pros**: It is easy to keep track of everything. It gives me a space for my contracts and it is easy to send and have someone sign. It does seem to be a little complicated to older people.

> **Cons**: I don’t like that there isn’t an app for your phone. That would make everything easier. I also do not like that when my renewal relapsed, it saved my dogs info but deleted all of my contracts and contacts from previous buyers.

> It has been really great overall. The only thing I have experienced is one time my card declined the monthly payment. Unfortunately, when I noticed and paid my subscription it saved my dogs info but deleted all of my previous puppy contracts. That really upset me. That is vital to have. Maybe I should have backed them up somewhere else too.

It seems like this is an area they are trying to upgrade and hopefully when it's completed we will be able to hold and change fonts accordingly. Editing of invoices need to work better. I am hoping this will be fixed soon.

> Anytime I have an issue with Breeder Cloud Pro, I send an email with a screenshot and they respond with a fix almost immediately. Their customer service has been great.
