> **Cons**: Our main issue has been the struggles through interfacing with our "unique" EMR system. (which I believe would be normal)

> Over the years, we've had limited amount of issues. (not out of the ordinary) We always receive prompt assistance with the tickets/calls we place. They are prioritized based on your urgency. I am very pleased with the overal function of the system. Customer service is truly a priority.

> When we bring issues forward, it seems that there is never a resolution, just merely a "Sorry it is what it is." I often describe Unlimited as "trying to use 1994 AOL dial up in 2021" because that is how old and outdated the technology feels. The program CONSTANTLY freezes and my staff have to force close the program multiple times per day. In addition we're unable to run benefits at the beginning of the month because there servers are so bogged down by all of their clients. That's unacceptable to me

> **Pros**: Very intuitive software. Prevents claims from going out with edits, MUE's, Dx codes, LCD's or other factors that will result in a denial. Eliminates expensive manual, wasteful steps. Great analytics.

> **Cons**: Integration was mostly successful; problems encountered were generally on the EMR side, not the Unlimited side.
> 
> We needed to solve high Days in AR, high denials. We didn't have the analytics we needed to set meaningful metrics for process improvement. All of the above were solved.
