> **Pros**: I organized my design process with this app. All my client materials are in one place, and it looks professional from the client’s perspective. I can share files and updates without sending countless emails that are hard to search through later. My communication with clients has improved, and I’ve saved a lot of time. I mainly use the schedule, tasks, inspiration boards, and documents to share drawings and visualizations with clients.

I think many architects face the same challenge - you receive information through email, Whatsapp, SMS, and other channels... On top of that, I was using one app for inspiration boards, another for schedules and task lists, and a separate cloud storage platform for sharing files. I wanted to bring everything together in one place and make the whole process simpler.

I started using Planify on a trial basis and immediately saw its potential. I decided to move a new project into the platform to test it in practice. So far, both my clients and I are very happy with the experience. Clients have their own Planify link, and after meetings I simply upload the materials there. :) They can access drawings, visualizations, and other documents anytime from their phone or computer, without asking for access or searching through emails. It also eliminates the confusion of logging into multiple platforms.

At the moment, I manage three architectural projects in Planify, and it has already helped me save a significant amount of time.

> **Pros**: This app solved our biggest pain point: scattered communication. By keeping all document reviews and client comments in one unified place, we no longer have to dig through WhatsApp or email threads to find client feedback.

> **Cons**: The software runs flawlessly and I haven't experienced any technical bugs, but I do have one critique regarding the storage limit. Currently, the total file capacity is capped at just 2GB. For interior design projects that require uploading high-resolution renderings, heavy floor plans, and large document attachments, 2GB fills up very quickly. It would be much more practical if they offered 10GB as a starter capacity. That said, since their team is so incredibly responsive to feedback, I am hopeful this is something they will upgrade in the future\!

Initially, handling these projects through emails and WhatsApp was doable, but we quickly found ourselves getting lost. Client feedback would be scattered everywhere—a comment in a WhatsApp chat, a note in an email, a markup on an attachment—and we were often too busy to manually save and organize every message. It became impossible to track who said what and on which platform.

I started using Planify, and it has completely centralized our workflow. Right now, we are primarily using it for document review, but it has many more features I am eager to explore.
