> **Pros**: La facilidad del uso y lo accesible que es económicamente, que no sólo te ofrece pruebas psicométricas si no clima laboral y nom 35.

Que en la parte de competencias está muy limitado, quizá agregar más áreas o sub-areas, de igual forma las otras encuestas las siento muy limitadas, quizá adicionar pruebas 360, 180 grados.

> Me parece una excelente herramienta, sólo recomendaría alguna capacitación para interpretarlas, si bien te da los resultados, quizá sea bueno recibir una capacitación más específica sobre algunas otras cosas que quizá desconocemos.

> **Pros**: Lo que más me gusta es la facilidad de crear evaluaciones y perfiles por vacantes, ajustandolo a los requerimientos de la organziación.

> Como Talent Acquisition, Psicotest es una herramienta que me ha ayudado a optimizar el proceso de evaluación psicométrica la cual me permite evaluar competencias acorde al perfil de la posición con cada candidato, los reportes son muy visuales y entendibles para la interpretación. 
Me agrada que la interfaz de la aplicación (como administrador y candidato) es muy práctica y entendible.
El servicio por parte de los ejecutivos siemopre es muy agrdable y rápido.

> **Pros**: Que es una plataforma sencilla, versátil y práctica, puedes adaptar las baterias para cada puesto y consutlar los reportes de manera inmediata.

> **Cons**: Cuando los candidatos se salen de la plataforma por alguna razón, es un poco complicado que vuelvan a ingresar y retomen desde donde dejan las pruebas, por lo que muchas veces el candidato opta por volveras a hacer desde le principio.

> Muy buena, la recomiendo ampliamente para los procesos de seleccion de personal, cuenta  con muchas pruebas psicometricas que se adaptan según el puesto.
