Plans are based on the number of properties in your HOA — not the number of users, admins, or logins. Every resident, every board member, and every household member gets full access to the platform at no additional cost. There are no per-user fees and no feature tiers to navigate.

Every plan includes every feature. Resident CRM, EasyAsk AI document search, custom ticket forms, event management with RSVPs, violation tracking, the full document hub, and everything else in the platform is available on every plan. You don't have to upgrade to unlock the features that matter to your community.

Pricing starts at $59/month for communities up to 50 properties and scales up from there based on community size, with tiers supporting HOAs from 50 to 1,500 properties. As your community grows, you can upgrade to the next tier without losing any data or setup.

HOA Hub is available on two commitment options: annual billing (the standard option, minimum one-year commitment) or 2-year billing (10% discount). There is no monthly plan. Meaningful community adoption takes time, and an annual commitment gives your HOA the runway to get set up, bring residents on board, and build the habits that make the platform valuable for everyone. We believe in this enough to tie our success to yours.

You can set up your community and explore the platform for free before subscribing. Create your hub, import your residents, upload your documents, and see how it feels. When you're ready to go live with your residents, you'll choose a plan that fits your community size.

Online payments: Recording manual payments (checks, cash, bank transfers) is always free. Online payments carry standard Stripe processing rates plus a 1% HOA Hub platform fee, which boards can optionally pass through to residents as a convenience fee.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your community will continue to have full access through the end of your current billing period — no disruption, no surprises.
