> **Cons**: La programmation. Moins de simplicité de programmation linéaire ou ondulatoire d'un client comme chez Hexfit par exemple qui a un tres bon modèle sur cette partie

> Je suis satisfait des services proposés. Les calendriers ainsi que les applications connectées permettent de travailler en 360 avec l'application. Il reste encore du travail pour peaufiner des details mais c'est une application qui va exploser ses concurrents si elle continue d'écouter ses clients

Application très facile d'utilisation que ce soit pour le coach ou pour les pratiquants.
Que ce soit pour la création des programmes musculation et des plans nutrition tout est super simple d'utilisation. 
Même chose pour les questionnaires, les bilans tout se met en place rapidement et simplement

> **Pros**: Les fonctionnalités qu’on peut contrôler avec claude code par MCP ainsi que la partie nutrition que je trouve très ingénieuse.

> **Cons**: Pour le moment rien à signaler à part un bug côté client, sur les séances de sport, ou le client validait sa série mais ça ne passait pas à la suivante après le temps de repos, en gros il restait bloqué à la série numéro 1.

> J’apprécie la qualité des fonctionnalités, c’est simple à comprendre, avec la possibilité de transmettre des ressources vidéos directement via l’app ça évite de jongler entre plusieurs outils.
