Aforza genuinely connects the full trade process from top-down planning through execution, accruals, claims, deductions and final P\&L. Having all data in one place has eliminated manual spreadsheet reconciliation and significantly improved trust in the numbers.

Strong financial control and accuracy
Core TPM processes such as disaggregation, automated accruals and claims resolution run smoothly and consistently. Finance teams benefit from strong auditability, governance and reconciliation without manual intervention.

Powerful analytics and scenario planning
The depth of analytics provides clear visibility into performance drivers, margin impact and funding efficiency. Scenario planning is a major strength, allowing rapid modelling of price changes, promo mechanics and funding shifts.
