Very User friendly UI with plenty of flexibility to allow me to change exactly what I want to see on Bulk, in a format that fits my business use. 
One of the best support teams I have dealt with. Feedback is implemented swiftly and a feedback ticket system allows me to keep track of any reports.

> **Pros**: I like the fact it gives me instant results in terms of operations. I can see how my team are performing in a second. This allows me then to make changes where I need to allow me to hit targets. Not only this it gives you clean and clear information for everything from annual leave, sick, top performers, upcoming courses etc.

> **Cons**: Nothing I do not like in Bulk. The app is purpose built to allow success, with instant response to any queries and bugs. Having this doesn't allow you to dislike anything.
