> **Pros**: La semplicità di utilizzo dell'interfaccia abbinata ad un sistema di controllo automatico delle SDS estremamente efficiente e puntuale che ci permette di mantenere sotto costante controllo tutte le numerose sostanze chimiche in uso, aiutandoci nell'individuazione e gestione di quelle pericolose e/o soggette a restrizione, non solo in fase di valutazione preliminare nel caso di introduzione di nuovi chemicals ma anche in occasione dell'implementazione/introduzione di nuovi più restrittivi standard, a seguito delle revisioni delle SDS e in occasione dell'aggiornamento delle numerose MRSL pubbliche, di settore messe a disposizione da Share/SDS Drive piuttosto che di quelle private inserite direttamente da noi: il tutto grazie alle mail di alert che il sistema ci invia in automatico. Share/SDS Drive ci ha permesso di gestire in maniera molto più precisa e in molto meno tempo tutti gli aspetti legati alla complessità nella gestione dei chemicals.

> **Cons**: Non abbiamo colto svantaggi ma anzi l'adozione di questo strumento ci ha permesso di gestire precisamente e con sollecitudine la mole di informazioni legata all'ampiezza nostro inventario chimico.

Contemporaneamente, Every Software Solutions è un'azienda, ma meglio ancora un gruppo di persone, competente e pronta ad assisterci implementando, modificando, adattando lo strumento che ci hanno messo a disposizione ogni qual volta subentrano da parte nostra delle nuove esigenze, cucendoci addosso un tool che si adatta appieno alle nostre necessità, proprio come avviene per un bel abito sartoriale.

- La digitalizzazione in automatico e in modo accurato dei dati delle sezioni principali;
- La possibilità di gestire i documenti in tutte le lingue europee;
- il cross check dei singoli costituenti dei prodotti chimici in uso rispetto alle liste regolatorie (tenute aggiornate dalla software house) o personalizzate;
- disponibilità a lavorare a nuovi progetti su idea del cliente.

> **Cons**: Non ho note negative. Proprio a volerne trovare una, l'interfaccia grafica potrebbe essere resa un po' più "accattivante", ma il software fa quel che promette.

> Chi lavora nel mondo regolatorio e/o HSE in generale, sa bene quanto le SDS siano documenti importanti ai fini di legge e di utilizzo operativo dei prodotti chimici. Pertanto, si rivela fondamentale avere un buon sistema per gestire le SDS a 360°: dall'iter autorizzativo, alla valutazione e uso dei documenti. Nella mia esperienza ho provato diverse soluzioni e SDS-FullService mi ha colpito da subito poiché la gestione delle SDS e delle informazioni contenute è davvero l'obiettivo principale del software, e non un pacchetto secondario (con input manuale) di piattaforme HSE più complesse. Il software è di facile utilizzo e permette di avere sempre sotto controllo i prodotti in uso in stabilimento, nonché di reperire subito documenti e valutazioni eseguite. La mia esperienza è positiva e apprezzo che Every venga incontro ai clienti nell'implementare nuove funzionalità.
