> **Pros**: It is a great new EHR that fits most of the needs of our office. One of the best thing about it is that is is always being updated with new features and they actually listen to our feature requests.

> **Cons**: The billing team is sometimes not reactive enough and we have to reach out to insurance, fix and resubmit claims when they should be the ones doing it in a timely manner.

She is observant, and a great listener. She asks questions for clarity and over several calls she has completely improved my workspace for charting.

> **Cons**: As with any EMR, it has standard auto salt macros. They were predominantly for chiropractic only clinics, with clinic support and multidisciplinary approach they have developed into more medical style charting.

> **Pros**: I like how it is very similar to Bulletproof.  I like the overall flow of the software and like that I can adapt it to what I need for documentation.   Being able to log on at home or elsewhere is nice compared to Bulletproof having to be at the office only.

Moving the patient info from Bulletproof to ClinicMind using Benchmark took some time to get comfortable with and was time consuming.   I wish there was another way to move that patient info over, but I totally understand there will be growing pains.
