The product is also very expensive, and if you cancel in the middle of a month, you will be charged for days that you didn't use the product.

Their support team is by far the best I have ever worked with. They are quick to jump on calls with us and our clients. That kind of service where they share our urgency in the rare moments when we come across an issue is invaluable. I can't say enough about \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] on their team.
