ClassPass integration runs smoothly and reduces manual coordination, which saves time day to day. Overall, the system supports our operations well and keeps things structured as the gym grows.

The Vibefam team has been very responsive and receptive to our feedback and has actively made changes and updates to their offerings to help resolve our issues.

UX could be improved on the admin end, but still acceptable.
