> **Pros**: It is very convenient to access the information I need. We are contractually obligated to do hospital follow ups for Medicaid clients and this system makes it easy to see who we need to follow up with.

> **Cons**: Patient status does not seem to be updated very often. I receive notices for clients who have been discharged for some time.

> I have had years of using this PAC management platform. First as a case manager monitoring my own patients and now as a utilization manger monitoring all of the patients in our whole organization.
