I think it was a deal for a year. Upon gaining access to the dashboard I set up a test campaign. I had to reach out to the support to activate it is as it wouldn’t happen automatically - like it should have done. When I began creating my first real campaign I ran into exactly the same issue. Not being able to get it to work as intended should I asked for a refund. Cyber Monday I was included in a mailing for a life time deal for less money than I had paid before the weekend. - wasn’t happy\! My refund didn’t come to through.
