> **Pros**: The "free trial" was a tremendous help in really being able to take the necessary time (with trial \& error) in order to really experience the functions of the services available.  More specifically, it allowed me to utilize all the tools and tutorials available in order to understand, program and "tweak" the agent's responses, etc.  I was ready (and did) engage as a full customer prior to the end of the free trial.  Customer support was also very high end and interactive.

> **Cons**: I honestly didn't find anything specific which I didn't feel was a positive experience with Upfirst.  The only possible suggestion I might make would be if they provided "more examples" of "programing / teaching" language / scripts to provide to the "agent" in regard to her handling of calls and directing the next actions.

> My overall experience was extremely positive.  The interface is extremely easy to understand and interface with.  Customer service was extremely responsive and helpful every time I contacted them, including direct assistance in the "porting" of my existing toll-free number.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the quality of the call, such as AI cadence, not sound quality, is a little bit lacking. I have my receptionist trained to identify herself as AI at the beginning of the call, but I still would rather she not SOUND like it. Only complaint I can think of.

The Ai is VERY INTELLIGENT AND NATURAL IN RESPONSES AND QUESTIONS.  A ton of different voices to use as well as speaking speed of the Ai agent.  You do NOT have to port your number over but you can if you want.
