We use the RevCycle Engine daily to process our encounters before crossing them over for processing. Aptarro's RevCycle Engine has helped identify many errors humans may have missed. I, as a supervisor, have used the RevCycle Engine not just to improve our overall cleanliness of claims but as an educational tool and train both physicians and billing staff on trends the RevCycle Engine has flagged for correction. > > **Cons**: There were two main issues we encountered with Aptarro's RevCycle Engine. The first issue was there were times when the link was not available and we could not work claims, since our EMR would not allow us to cross over claims for processing until released by the RevCycle Engine. Thankfully, customer service was always there to assist and were quick to resolve our issues quickly.
