> **Pros**: I like when we converted bills on there and the families have to pay through the app. It is much easier because the app does the math, I just put in the rates and discounts.

> **Cons**: I dislike that we can't email back from our work email straight to the parent when they message us through the app to center info. Also, that you can't reply back to a regular message either without going to message and starting a new one.
> 
> Overall, it has been an excellent experience with the myKidzDay app. Anytime we have any questions or concerns they were always there to help us out with whatever it was.

> **Pros**: I have had a great experience with MyKidzDay. It allows me to see if the education staff is checking the children in daily. It also let me see if a child still remains in the building and to follow up with the staff if a child remains at the end of the day or if we need to reach out to a parent.

> **Cons**: Cons: that the system does not have it by class or ABC order. It does have the parent name set up that way however larger sites would prefer it by classroom or the children's name in ABC order not the parent. Caseworkers should have able to enter this information in your system not just the managers.

The ability to communicate children's information to parents, whether its with single parent, multiple or all parents at the same time. I also, like you are able to send pictures and records of the children to their parents
