There will be a checkbox hidden within certain pages that if checked (or not checked) it will affect operations, but sometimes it is hard to find. At that time, my company was quite small - eight employees, 15 wholesale customers in our local area. 9 years later, FlexiBake continues to be the central hub of the business. Without question, using FlexiBake has been one of the best decisions I have made to help provide the necessary stability and visibility required to support a growing company. The customer service is exceptional as is the functionality of the software. Whenever we've run into obstacles, FlexiBake has been able and willing to create custom reports for us that solves our problems. I'm impressed and grateful that FlexiBake has everything my company needs as we've evolved over the years. > > **Cons**: The learning curve has been challenging for people on my team (me) who are not tech savvy. I highly recommend working with someone at FlexiBake to learn the best way to set up the system. I didn't do that, and would have saved a lot of time had I made that initial investment. I wish there was a way of revising Sales Orders that have been switched to invoices. We occasionally run into issues where our customer requests a revised invoice, and as far as I know, there is no way to revise invoices.
