> **Pros**: Visibility of invoices - so much easier to keep track of them and find out where in the process they are so we are able to answer queries quickly - so much better than trying to find in a email box

> **Cons**: The fact it cannot read line level. We have a lot of invoices that have split codes on them, if Documation could read a key work and from that appoint the code we would get our STP well into the 90%

> We had a slow start which I expected and I was expecting approx. a 3 month "bedding" in period, we went live in April and by July were were getting what we wanted from the system and was able to reduce the manual effort by the team.
