## Overview

Dash offers a clear and concise view of your meeting room's status.  Easily see the room's status from a distance, and view details up close.

Book the meeting room directly from the display.  Book an impromptu meeting in one tap, or book the room in advance.

Banish abandoned meetings with Dash's check-in feature.  Automatically remove the room meetings if they aren't checked in.  You can also permanently remove the room from recurring meetings if check-ins are missed several times in a row.

If your meeting room is occupied, Dash can find a free space nearby.  Book it right from the display and the booking will be waiting for you when you arrive.

If a meeting runs overtime or ends early, you can easily end or extend it from the Dash display, making sure that others know when the room is occupied.

Dash is highly customizable.  Tweak Dash's features to your liking, and display everything in your own custom branding.

> **Pros**: The product is easy to configure and works flawless. We can configure everything that we find important, especially removing privacy related information so it does not show on the display. Once configured, we have zero issues with it and our users use it without any training or instructions. The product is that simple.

> We have meeting rooms that our users can allocate using Microsoft 365. In addition we have iPads that controls the room automation (lights, screens, etc.) We needed a solution that enabled us to use the same iPads to show the room availability. This is especially handy for meetings that popup at the last moment, and our users were not able to book the room ahead of the meeting.
