> **Pros**: As a senior manager with a large housing association, having RentSense enables me to have a clear over of actions being taken by offers to reduce debt and support residents. It provide me with an overview of trends and allows me and my managers to plan and deliver targeted interventions.

> **Cons**: My only disappointment with RentSense is that this is not fully linked to our internal systems. This requires officers to complete actions on one and then 'tick' RentSense to confirm the task has been done. This does present a risk that someone could accidentally tick an action but not do the work to support this. I would therefore much prefer it if our systems worked fully together
