Whenever I have an issue (which is rarely), I get support/help right away and I do not have to wait hours on hold. I am instantly contacted through email and their customer service is beyond exceptional. I have had the pleasure of having the help of many support staff but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] in particular who has always helped me, followed up and made sure I had no issues whatsoever. We need to log the user in manually, wait for their profile to load and then manually install the software. The company has provided NO means for automation here.
