Using certificate-based authentication has made network access control much easier for us, and it’s perfect for our zero-trust setup. Another plus is how well it integrates with our existing systems, which makes it a flexible solution.

The admin portal could also be more modern and user-friendly, and it would be great if the reporting tools were a bit easier to work with for tracking licenses and stale devices.
