> **Pros**: Kardin is a great tool for creating budgets and reforecasts and fundamental for our job as property managers. The scope of reports it can make is incredible and helps you see the data in a variety of ways.
> 
> **Cons**: Kardin can be really difficult to use when you are first setting the budget up and starting your expense pools. It is not intuitive until you've sunk several hours into it so I wish that there was better community support and training available. Also the license is very expensive and it is a pain to transfer from user to user.
