> **Pros**: All exams are in digital. This is good as we can reduce using paper (manual) and at the same time we can save our environment (no trees cutting).

Saras Test also covers both Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) and Short Essay Question (SAQ).

> **Cons**: Saras does not cover end to end which is to produce student's transcript.
> 
> We just upgrade from on premises to cloud. Earlier stage, there are a lot of issues with the system performance and also some of the system functionalities.

After around 6 months, the system is more stabilize.

My opinion will be this system should be improved in terms of user friendliness and functionality especially when involving the lecturers. It is good if ExcelSoft to take note all the issues from all the clients and improve it from time to time.

> **Cons**: Program configuration itself, many glitches, not compatible for many assessments, new version much worse, marking SAQ is cumbersome, moodle platforms much convenient for marking, peer assessment  not compatible for elaborate rubric. must update for user friendly and glitches free
