> **Pros**: Refinitive is flexible, customisable, feature-rich and can be accessed in different ways (data requests from Excel are a valid alternative to the native interface). It gets updated in real time and you can save pages and views that you use more often.

Although there is an help section, and help desk and even help videos teaching you the basics, you never know whether there is a more efficient way to access the data and sometimes you are unsure whether you are actually getting the actual data that you were looking for. Also, as different licenses involve access to different features, you never know whether the procedures described in the help section really apply to you or not.

> **Pros**: It helps keep tracking of audit reports and all correlating documents. It easy to attach documents as well as keep them separated and easy to retrieve. You can store by specific titles which you can easily find later. You can easily import and export documents.

> **Cons**: It can be a little confusing to learn the software in its entirety.  You have to make sure that you save all of you work as you move to the next step or else you can lose it.

It will help a lot to search the relavant data quickly.
