> **Pros**: The employer branding dimension and its flexibility (being able to publish unlimited roles removes the constant cost calculation per opening, which is valuable in scaling phases with limited budget like ours).
Beyond that, it works well as a structured “vitrine” for the company. The profile format forces clarity on mission, team, and context, which improves candidate alignment and creates a more intentional applicant flow.

> **Cons**: Performance is uneven, and results vary a lot depending on role type and geo. For niche or senior positions, the candidate pool can feel limited. 
More importantly, ROI is inconsistent. It’s not the strongest channel if you’re optimizing strictly for cost efficiency.
