Not all active users subscribe to email marketing so utilizing Opensend, building out the flows and absolving the customers into Klaviyo has been a great acquisition strategy.

> **Cons**: So far there isn't anything I dislike. It is value for money and the clients that utilize Opensend have all in the first month made back the money on there retainer.
