> **Pros**: The software is simple to  run and the staff is very helpful. To see the attack paths and containment that are stopped and controlled is incredibly in a real time effect. As part of a security stack this is a great front line that has been proven.
> 
> **Cons**: The reports could be more detailed in the console as to what was going on when the event happened. As the software does on occasion block legitimate software it could be easier to track.
> 
> Using this product has greatly secured endpoints and protected from several threats. I have watched alerts come in, called users and asked exactly what they are doing before they even realize that there system has been flagged.
