> **Cons**: I wish that you could attach documents and process separation notices from the system.

> I love the platform. Secchi  allows you to not have  to go to paper file folders. Everything you need to know about an employee is in one location. The program itself is only as good as the user that builds it. If you don't put the information in the system you  as a manager don't have it. I love the fact that every manager is held accountable for the input of their employees information.

> **Cons**: I can never find anything i.e. Instant Performance Reports there shpould be much easier dropdown menus where it leads you to a place. With Secchi you have to know and remember where everything is stored
