> **Pros**: Hapara syncs all the data from Google Classroom and PowerSchool to keep up-to-date with the classrooms, students, and teachers' data. I can view all the browser tabs they have opened, their recent activity and even their screens which is very helpful for me in tracking what the students are doing during their online classes. I can even send messages, share links and start focus and filter sessions to connect with them instantly. A focus session is an excellent way to force students to stay on a particular link on the website for a particular time. I can prevent access to particular links as well. There are various other features of Hapara that won't fit in here. Overall, it's a must-try product for institutions of all sizes.

> **Cons**: There are no features that the app is missing nor are there any bugs or drawbacks. They come up with frequent updates improving the product's capabilities. However, the pricing is a bit high for small schools to afford. Hapara can provide plans with fewer features for less price for small institutions.

> My overall experience with Hapara has been excellent so far. It is an easy and intuitive platform that integrates well with various products in the K-12 industry. We integrate it with PowerSchool SIS to regularly sync student and teacher data. The platform is totally cloud-based so we can access it from a browser without downloading any app. Overall, it is an excellent platform to keep track of student's activities and access student documents and submissions. It gives direct access to us to manage all the drives of our students. It is very easy to give feedback and keep track of all tabs opened in the students browser. Hapara makes it easy for us to monitor and provide feedback to students to efficiently help them score better.

> **Pros**: I like that you can have this open on your browser while running groups so that you can see what tabs and screens students have open, and if necessary close the tabs quickly. The ability to pause screens to gain attention, or redirect students who are having difficulty closing their chromebooks. Being able to push out docs to groups has cut down paperwork. There is the ability to take snapshots of screens if needed, and you can monitor gmail, sent, received and trash so problematic emails between students can be reviewed if needed.

> **Cons**: If importing the students from google classroom, they need to log in there first to be synced through to Hapara. Would be great to be able to lock down emails etc from students who have left rather than having to rely on administrator.

> Gives parents reassurance that students are using devices corectly. Gives oversite of students who can get distracted or off task with classroom online tasks.

> **Cons**: What didnt i hate would be a better question because I don't like anything about it.

> First, it was cool, until I was trying to look up research about eating disorders and it didn't even let me or the teacher unlock the website, so I couldn't source it, eating disorders are not adult content, the average person with an eating disorder are teenagers up to early 20s, but I doubt anyone knew that.

> **Pros**: I love that you can view multiple screens at the same time, that you can take screenshots of what students are looking at, and that you can close off-task or inappropriate windows of individual students. A MUST have to avoid digital cheating during assessments

> **Cons**: The learning curve is a bit steep- I've been using it for 4 months so far and I'm still  not comfortable with all of the features.
