The product team who I work with very closely are very attentive to our needs, and I highly recommend them\! I like that development is agile and I don't need to wait between upgrades - this method really helps us.

When I need to find a patient in the software, I just tap the ID number and receive all the patient history. 
They have excel functionality built in the product, which saves us headaches.

> **Cons**: we work with many other departments - such as Research and Tissue Classification, most also use LabOS, but not all. When they don't it slows things down.

> **Pros**: I really like the flexibility that LabOs provides our lab. It is very customizable and we can create custom algorithms for lab testing and reporting. Another great feature is it's scalability. Since it resides in the cloud it's easy to add processes and servers as we grow.

> **Cons**: The only con is that it behaves like a webapp and it has a very slight lag when performing some actions, but Iv'e seen and started testing a newer version where they fixed this:)
