I also like being able to include documents as attachments. > > **Cons**: 1. SMART reports should be an option to add with every report. Currently, only the dealer report card is included with a Craft report. If I want to include financials, KPI reports or any other type of report, I must generate the report, save it on the hard drive and then upload the file to Craft. It would be nice to click checkboxes and those reports would automatically be included at the user's wish.2.When writing the report, the current format will not allow charts to be cut and pasted in the document areas. I need to include the chart as an attachement and talk about it in the document area.3. The document area is essentially two small windows, within a window that is on the main screen. The writing area is small. While the area can be expanded to make the writing area larger, expansion of the secondary window also increases the size of the dead space that I can do nothing with.
