> **Pros**: Nowbookit is an intuitive and well-rounded bookings platform. We run our day-to-day restaurant bookings, functions, pre-paid events and large format events off the one platform. We also utilize the voucher capability to manage all of our gift and complimentary vouchers.

> **Cons**: The only negative aspect of Nowbookit is my own personal lack of capability. I'm sure the platform has a range of functionality we don't utilize due to not having the knowledge on how to use it efficiently. That said, the help desk is super efficient and knowledgeable.

> **Pros**: We have been with NBI for quite a few years now and love the system and the fact that it's Aussie owned and they have hospo background so understand what is needed for a bookings system that doesn't cost an arm to run. 
We have just recently had Sadie implemented as well, which alleviates the hassle of answering the phone during the daytimes when we aren't open.
